BOOKINGS TERMS & CONDITIONS:
With The European Centre for Culture & Arts you can book your festival arrangements, accommodation, airport transfers, car hire, excursions and concert tickets, or any other services you will need during your stay in Malta. Depending on which combination of services you choose to book, your terms and conditions will vary. The following, details the different types of products available and the applicable terms and conditions:

Valletta International Piano Festival - ACTIVE PARTICIPANT Package:
This product offers you:
1. Hotels accommodation options: (Economy, Standard, Comfort)
2. Master Classes, at an “all inclusive price”.
3. Certificate of Participation in Master Classes
4. Carnival Tour.
5. Festival Management assistance during your stay in Malta.
*Transfer, car hire and excursions can be booked from Festival Management at your request.

Valletta International Piano Festival OBSERVER / PARENT Package:
This product offers you:
1. Hotels accommodation options: (Economy, Standard, Comfort)
2. Sight-Seeing Malta Tour.
3. Festival Management assistance during your stay
*Transfer, car hire and excursions can be booked from Festival Management at your request.

Please Note:
The festival registration fee of EUR 80 (non-refundable) is not included in any of the packages mentioned above and is a separate fee which covers the processing of all necessary documentation, mailing and telephone correspondence, hotel administration, master classes bookings and assistance during the festival.
A 25% deposit of the total cost of the festival package shall be paid upon confirmation of your bookings to secure your accommodation, and the full remaining amount shall be paid upon arrival in Malta.

Quality Control:
Following first 24 hours after your arrival in Malta an European Centre for Culture & Arts authorized agent shall contact you with a questioner and to sign an indemnity form. The form covers any type of accommodation and services supplied to you by European Centre for Culture & Arts.
Any complaints regarding the festival activities and/or services shall need to be submitted in writing to the Festival Management as soon as reasonable possible so that a member of the Festival Management is able to resolve any problems and ensure that you are satisfied with the services provided. Any complaint after the festival has taken place shall not be entertained or considered.

Services NOT provided by Festival Management:
Please note that European Centre for Culture & Arts may provide accommodation, transport and other services from a wide range of third party accommodation providers and carriers. The provision of these arrangements will be subject to the terms and conditions of each provider or carrier as part of your conditions with us (either as agent for the provider or carrier or as part of our festival package).
Other festival related services such as travel VISA requirements, medical and/or health insurance, travel insurance, foreign exchange and travel money cards are supplied by “your” selected service providers and are available for you to purchase through your own means or directly via the supplier website – the supply of these products and services to you shall be subject to the terms and conditions of each service provider and not us. We, “The European Centre for Culture & Arts” do not provide any form of insurance services, foreign exchange or travel visas.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy:
No refunds shall be given in respect to the festival Euro 50.00 registration fee.
A cancelation fee of Euro 75.00 shall be charged from your deposit if you cancel your trip before30 days from the start of the festival.
No refunds shall be given after the 20th of January 2013.

Online Payment Protection:
Valletta International Piano Festival Management does not have access to your credit card details stored here and your card details are not retained once processed. Once you complete your payment you will be returned back to the Valletta International Piano Festival Website.
All online purchases shall only be accepted against payment by credit/debit card.
Your card details are received and processed directly by our payment gateway (PSP), the Endeavour Gateway; your card details are transmitted from you to the payment gateway (PSP) encrypted over high-strength SSL for maximum protection and confidentially. Endeavour Gateway does not at any point handle the card information.
For additional security, your three digit security code found at the back of your card is never stored by the payment gateway (CVV/CVC2). Without this number, additional transactions attempted on your card, without your authorization, would be rejected.
The payment gateway (PSP) is licensed and authorized by Visa, MasterCard and other card associations to act as a payment gateway and is fully audited and compliant with the Payment Card Industry Security Standards.
You undertake and agree to provide correct details to Endeavour Gateway for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods from this website.
You also undertake that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
