CONCERT TICKETS SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Please read and understand the following terms and conditions as they are binding for all ticket purchases.
No exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances and tickets are not transferable.
There are 3 types of concerts with the following tickets available:
1) 2nd February Festival Opening Concert Euro 12 per ticket including VAT at St Paul Pro-Cathedral, Valletta.
2) 5th February Romantic Piano Concert Euro 15 per ticket including VAT at St Paul Pro-Cathedral, Valletta.
3) 9th February Closing Concert including after concert reception Euro 25 per ticket including VAT at the Ballroom of the Grand Hotel Excelsior, Valletta.
No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under
Event Cancellation or Postponement. A printing fee of EUR 1.50 will be charged for each damaged ticket.

Payment Options:
1) The tickets may be paid for online or at the Grand Hotel Excelsior reception.
2) Tickets may also be collected from the Grand Hotel Excelsior reception against the online payment confirmation receipt.
3) Tickets can also be paid for at the door on the date of the event.
- Purchaser MUST present identification and payment booking reference upon ticket collection. The identity of the person receiving the refunds may be recorded by our Customer Service Officers.
- No third party collection allowed unless Authorization Letter is issued by the Purchaser and presented to European Centre for Culture & Arts upon ticket collection. Entry will be refused if tickets have not been purchased from European Centre for Culture & Arts authorized points of sale.
- The resale of tickets is prohibited. We reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold.
- Infants in arms or children under the age of five (5) shall not be admitted to the concert.
- Student and Senior Citizen passes (and others where applicable) must be shown to obtain discounts (where applicable) upon admission.
- Latecomers cannot be admitted until a suitable break during the performances.
- Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
- No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the event unless otherwise stated by the European Centre for Culture & Arts (ECCA).
- The ECCA may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programs, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
- The ECCA may use the ticket holder's image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture.
- The ECCA may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
- The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
- The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
- Information is collected from those registering with in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available. This information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions.
- Purchasers of tickets who are under 18 years of age should seek parental consent before purchasing tickets/merchandises from our website. By transacting on our website, purchaser certifies that purchaser is at least 18 years of age and understands and accepts these conditions of use.
- Any complaints regarding the event will be directed to and dealt with by the European Centre for Culture & Arts.

Event Cancellation or Postponement:
If an event is postponed or cancelled, a Postponement Publicity Notice or a Cancellation Publicity Notice (collectively, the ''Notices'' or individually, a ''Notice'') respectively shall be placed in the media by the Valletta International Piano Festival Management. Or, it’s PR Representatives. Any refund made by ECCA shall only be made out of sums held by ECCA as authorized by the prior written agreement of the Valletta International Piano Festival Management.
The amount of refund will be made on a pro-rated basis (''Pro-rated Amount'') in accordance with the amount of the said sums held by ECCA and the price paid by the ticket holder for the ticket. ECCA shall not be liable to make a refund beyond the Pro-rated Amount under any circumstances.
The Notices shall advise procedures for requesting a refund and the period and time within which the ticket holder could request a refund.
Refund will not be entertained if a request for a refund is made after the given period from the date of a Notice. Such non-refunded sums shall be dealt with at ECCA sole discretion.
In the event of cancellation, all tickets purchased using credit cards shall automatically be refunded to the credit cards with which the tickets were purchased. If such credit cards are no longer valid, no automatic refunds will be made and condition below shall apply.
Ticket Holders will have to produce the full stub of the original tickets in good condition to claim refunds. Ticket Holder shall submit a front photocopy of ID card /Passport to facilitate the cheque issuance.

Online Payment Protection:
Valletta International Piano Festival Management does not have access to your credit card details stored here and your card details are not retained once processed. Once you complete your payment you will be returned back to the Valletta International Piano Festival Website.
All online purchases shall only be accepted against payment by credit/debit card.
Your card details are received and processed directly by our payment gateway (PSP), the Endeavour Gateway; your card details are transmitted from you to the payment gateway (PSP) encrypted over high-strength SSL for maximum protection and confidentially. Endeavour Gateway does not at any point handle the card information.
For additional security, your three digit security code found at the back of your card is never stored by the payment gateway (CVV/CVC2). Without this number, additional transactions attempted on your card, without your authorization, would be rejected.
The payment gateway (PSP) is licensed and authorized by Visa, MasterCard and other card associations to act as a payment gateway and is fully audited and compliant with the Payment Card Industry Security Standards.
You undertake and agree to provide correct details to Endeavour Gateway for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods from this website.
You also undertake that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
